Can I contribute max of $6750 for an HSA registered to my spouse and shared with me? I have a HDHP plan through my employer covering entire family.

I provide the HDHP health insurance coverage through my employer for the entire family and do not have an HSA account.

My spouse has  an HSA registered at a brokerage firm under her name.

I contributed the family max $6750 in 2017 into the HSA registerd to my Spouse

How should I enter this information in Turbotax?

Only Under her name?

Yes, as a married couple, if either of you has Family coverage under a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), then you both are considered to have Family coverage and therefore you can make the contribution to your spouse’s Health Savings Account (HSA).

To enter it into TurboTax, you would indicate that your spouse is the only person who has an HSA and that contributions to that account were made personally by you (or your spouse).  I am assuming that you made the contributions and they were not made through your employer since those would go into your own HSA.
