Yes, on a Georgia tax return you can get an exemptions for an unborn child on the 2023 tax return.

In the Income section of the Georgia program under Miscellaneous, on Dependent Personal Exemption for Unborn Children, click on the Start button

Possibly.  If you were at least 6 weeks pregnant and the baby was not born in 2023, then you can claim the unborn child as a dependent on your 2023 GA tax return.  Only one parent may claim the unborn child, so if the other parent claimed the child.  When claiming the child, it will help lower your taxable income.
