No.  Covie-19 is not a federally declared natural disaster.

    TurboTax has not yet implemented Form 8915-E and the entry of Coronavirus-Related Distributions.  It's not clear how TurboTax will implement those questions, but it's likely that the related questions will be asked separately from those for distributions reportable on Forms 8915-A through D.
