Can a caterer, who bought the food and prepared the meals for church summer camp as a donation to the church. Do we list this as charitable donation or business cost?

The food can be deducted if you paid employees to prepare the food that can also be deducted.  However, your time and labor are not deductible. You would not deduct this as a business expense, it would be deductible as a charitable donation on your personal return if you are taking the itemized deduction instead of the standard deduction.
