Solved

All of my business income in 2018 was from a Canadian company. Should I report this income and related expenses as Foreign Earned Wages on my 1040 worksheet or Sched C?

You should report the income on Schedule C.

Foreign earned income is for US citizens living overseas.  If you did have to pay Canadian tax on your income, you would be eligible to receive a foreign tax credit on your US return to offset double taxation.
