Question

After I put in Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion. I don't see any where I could put my foreign tax credit.

Please read this TurboTax FAQ for information on "Where do I enter the foreign tax credit (Form 1116) or deduction?": Where do I enter the foreign tax credit (Form 1116) or deduction?

To enter foreign tax paid:

  1. Open your return (if not already open).
  2. Click on “Take me to my return” if applicable.
  3. Search for "foreign tax paid" in the Search box.
  4. Click on the “Jump to foreign tax paid” link.
  5. . Answer the screen prompts.
