A check yes or no section "California Information Worksheet: Principle residence Yes/No" I click any arrangement of yes or no and it tells me I cant file w/o fixing this.

Regardless if I check yes or no and then continue it tells me I have the same error and to check one of the boxes again.

Same problem, using Premier download edition. It wasn't an issue two weeks ago when I did my tax return, but we're doing my son's and we're getting this error. Perhaps the error was introduced in a version update?

I gave up and filed the CA state tax return using CalFile. It's free and filed dirctly with the Franchise Tax Board. It's located at ftb.ca.gov. It had the principal residence Yes/No question. CalFile selections worked. Turbo Tax did not.
