IT STATES WE HAVE CHARITABLE DONATIONS, WHICH WE DON'T AND IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO FILE UNLESS I UPGRADE AND PAY $45

Did you perhaps have donations in previous years that were carried forward? If not, please go to deductions and see if donations are there—if yes, edit or delete them.
