How do i find the original creditor to see if account is mine

I have delinquent accounts not sure if they are mine how do I find out

If you're seeing those accounts in the Turbo app - I'd start by going to Transunion's dispute page (https://www.transunion.com/credit-disputes/dispute-your-credit). 

They should be able to help you figure out any issues on your report or point you in the right direction.
