Turbo Tax is debiting my acct $125 after the fact when you should have taken that out of my Federal refund in the first place. Not fair at all.

my name is Rosario Zuniga. I’m writing to you cause I need help. When I did my taxes return I put the Bank’s name wrong. So, what I want to know is if I can fix it!
@Rzb0102 If the bank routing number and account number are right it should be ok. Don't think the bank name matters.
Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.

Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.

You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.
