I paid $24.99 on order #TTDCRTA139333834 on my Visa Credit card to electronically file my
Pennsylvania 2019 tax return. I did not realize I had already filed 5 returns electronically so I could not
file my return. Please issue me a credit for the $24.99 back to my credit card. Thank you.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

A letter this week says that my credit card ending in 0017 was declined, but for last month shows that you were paid $74.20 on 11/25. Please update your files.
