credit card debts and personal loans

My credit score has 9 inquiries due to credit cards and personal loans. But I've never had a credit card or gotten a loan anywhere ever. So what do I do

You should order a free credit report. 

 

See https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action

 

 

You can then dispute any hard inquiries on your report that are inaccurate and/or unauthorized.
