Credit Card Payment not accepted

Why is it that Turbo Tax states "you can e-file from a foreign address. Just make sure to pay for TurboTax with a U.S. credit card," and when I try to pay it won't accept my credit card? I used the same card to pay last year?

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work try using a different browser all together.
