Yes, tuition expenses are deductible, depending on other itemized deduction will total more than standard deduction.

Grad students are not eligible for the the American Opportunity Credit. So, they must have a tax liability to get any benefit from the Lifetime Learning tuition credit

Yes you can enter your 1098T. If you are not a dependent and not filing married filing separately, then you may be able to get an education credit.
