Wont accept the amount in box 1 of my 1098t forms

I am entering the exact amount shown in box 1 of my 1098-T forms and at the last step of filing it is asking me to check these answers. The info I typed is the same as the info shown on my forms and it is still not accepting them. Please help!

If the school reported both box 1 and box 2, please only report box 2.

Type all entries, do not use cut, copy, or paste.

Leave blank boxes blank, do not enter zeros (leave box 1 blank if box 2 is reported)

If you are still having trouble, please delete the 1098-T and re-enter following the directions about.
