Will turbotax tell me if all of my american opportunity tax credits were used up?

No.  TurboTax has no way to know if or when the AOC was used for you as a student.

If you used TT in the past, it will pre-populate the number of times on you claimed the AOC, in the past, but you still need to confirm that number
