Why does my tuition automatically prefill as $0, and how do it change it to the actual amount?

This is regarding the education expenses

The only way to get back to the Form 1098-T to edit the information is to delete the form and renter the information. To delete the form, you would:

1. Select Tax Tools in the Black bar on the left hand side of the screen.
2. Select Tools in the drop down menu.
3. On the Tools Center Menu Select Delete a form.
4. Locate the Form 1098-T and select Delete on the right side.
5. You will be asked to confirm you want to delete the form.

You would then 

1. Enter 1098-T in the Search Magnifying Glass in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
2. Select Jump to 1098-t
3. Enter the information from the form again.

Here is another way to edit your Form 1098-T

• From Deductions & Credits
• Expenses and Scholarships (form 1098-T) hit Update
• From the page that says Now Let's Gather The Additional Education Expenses
• Hit Continue. You will need to continue through several screens until you get to the screen that says Your Education Expenses Summary click Edit
• At Here's Your Education Summary you can Edit, Delete or Add New School
