Why can't I add childcare deduction because I wasn't a full time student?

When I hit I wasn't disabled or full time student it says I don't qualify for the deduction. Last year I had no problems

You must pay child care in order for you to work. You must have earned income.

Review form 2441 to see why you're not getting the credit.

If in fact you did work ---- and you are trying to enter the childcare credit, the credit will not work until you have entered the income you earned from working. Enter your income before you try to get the childcare credit.
