Type 'education expenses' in the Search window, then 'Jump to education expenses'.
At the 'Your Education Expenses Summary' page, you can EDIT or ADD a student (screenshot).
When you EDIT your student, you will be able to EDIT or ADD school info (screenshot).
Then you can enter expenses, either as reported on a 1098-T or not (screenshot).
