In most cases you don't enter it at all. But, it depends on how the school reports it on the 1098-T.
If the school includes it in box 5 but also includes the amount of tuition it paid, in box 1, it's a wash and doesn't need to be reported.
The MA tuition "credit" is actually a tuition waiver or remission. It is not usually shown in either box 1 or box 5 and you ignore it at tax time.
