Where do you enter Va prepaid tuition contributions

I have a Va prepaid tuition account and I cannot find where to enter what I have paid into it for the year.

Within Turbo Tax it is found under the income section (not deductions like you would expect) of the VA state return.  There is a section called education and then one specifically for prepaid tuition.  Ultimately it will end up on line 14 of your VA 760 state return, I believe.
