Where do we enter tuition paid for our non-dependent child?

We paid $829.22 in tuition for Drew, but  she received a 1098T form (which lists her grants/loans - but no tuition paid by her). I'm having trouble locating where to enter this amount that we paid.

You don't.

Only the Taxpayer that claims the student's exemption can report the 1098-T, all other education expenses and applies for an education credit.

Whatever you, or anyone else, paid for the student, is considered paid by the student.
