Where do I put in my 1098 form?

It depends.

Assuming you are entering your mortgage interest information, your input would be as follows:

Go into the Federal program.
Select "Deductions & Credits"
Select "Mortgage Interest and Refinancing (Form 1098)
Continue through the screens and enter information as prompted
