Where do I enter supplemental taxes I paid in 2017? this won't be listed on the 1098

You can enter Additional property taxes under DEDUCTIONS & CREDITS > PROPERTY (REAL ESTATE) TAXES,

Click on Edit.

On the next screen enter the amount of your additional taxes (screenshot).
