Where do I enter qualfiied college room and board expenses?

Go to Deductions & Credits, then maneuver down to the Education section, and enter the Expenses and Scholarships section.  Go through the questions and you will eventually get to the screen where you can enter you qualified education expenses.  Regardless of whether or not you received a Form 1098-T, that section is where you will enter your education expenses.

You can't enter those expenses yet. This is a known glitch in TurboTax (TT). They are working on it (no announced fix date).   The 2025 education and 529 sections appear totally redesigned, from last year.
