Where do I enter my daughter's college tuition expense?

To enter your daughter's tuition expenses in TurboTax, go to the 1098-T section and follow these instructions.

• Navigate to Form 1098-T:
  • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to the 1098-T screen under Deductions & Credits.
  • TurboTax Desktop:
    1. Go to Federal Taxes.
    2. Go to Deductions & Credits. 
    3. If asked How do you want to enter…?, select I’ll choose what I work on.
    4. Under Education Credits, select Start or Update next to Expenses and Scholarships (1098-T)
