Since you referenced Publication 502 Medical and Dental Expenses, I am assuming that your daughter attended a school for medical purposes and that you have reviewed the requirements for those costs to be deductible. If my assumptions are incorrect and you need help to determine whether your expenses are deductible, please add more information about your situation.
As you go through the Medical Expense section of your tax return, there will be several questions and categories of expenses to enter. At the end, you will find a screen titled, “Tell us about any other medical expenses” which will allow you to enter a description and amount. If you have multiple items to enter into this section, just click the blue “+ Add Another Expense” link and more boxes will open.
To go directly to the Medical Expense section of your return, use these steps:
On the top row of the TurboTax online screen, click on Search (or for CD/downloaded TurboTax locate the search box in the upper right corner)
