In the 1099Q form, it asks if any or part of the distribution was transferred to another qualified state tuition program: does a college count as a qualified state tuition program (because the money is transferred to the college to pay for tuition) or does that mean transferring the money into a different 529 account?

When they ask if the distribution from the 529 was rolled over into another qualified state tuition program, they are referring to if you put the distribution into a different 529 account.
