When I enter my education information, turbotax does not think that I should receive a Lifetime Learning Credit. Why is this? I am a fulltime graduate student
I currently am expected to receive $0 federal return. I pay tuition each year and am not a dependent. I have stepped through the software many times and am at a loss

The Lifetime Learning Credit is a nonrefundable credit. This means if you have no tax on line 11, you would not get the Lifetime Learning Credit.
