My brother is currently in esthetician/beauty school full time. On Turbo Tax there is a question that asks is the person working on an Associate, Bachelor's or Graduate Degree? Is esthetician school considered a graduate degree? He received a 1098-T form and I wanted to see if he would qualify for AOTC Credit.

To be eligible for education credits, the school has be to an eligible educational institution.
You can use this IRS link to check if your University is an eligible educational institution.
As the school issued a 1098-T, then it is probably an eligible educational institution and you can answer Yes to the question.

For the AOTC, you must be pursuing a degree or other recognized education credential.
If the school is an "eligible institution" and issues a solid certificate of completion, your are, most likely, eligible.
If you answer no to "Was Philip Working on an Associate, Bachelor's, or Graduate Degree?", the next screen will ask "Were you enrolled in a Certificate or Credential Program?"
