Turbotax is giving me the American Opportunity Credit but I understand that's only for the first 4 years of school and I am in graduate school. How do I indicate this?

In the Educational Expenses section, you must check that you received the American Opportunity Credit for 4 years, and/or that you have already completed 4 years of school. On the screen Here's Your Education Summary, edit the Education Information. See the screenshot below.
