There's a section with categories in the beginning like rent, college expenses, ect.I need to change it because I now know training school doesn't count. How can I fix it

I cannot find the section any where to change the portion of school to not attended, and I know there's a section coming up about credits and other categories which includes school expenses. When I leave it blank will there be any problems?

Yes, you may skip any section of TurboTax that does not apply to you.

The categories at the very beginning are to help you remember what areas you need to visit to complete your return. Nothing permanent is added to your return at that point. If you're presented with a topic you no longer need to use, simply leave the questions blank.
