The college program I attended was only 3 months not 5. Can I still claim my tuition?

If your school considered you a full-time student, based on credits or number of hours, then yes, you can claim your tuition.

You actually only have to be 'at least half-time' to be eligible for an Education Credit.

Schools have different ways of defining 'full-time'.
