Tax filing while visa status changed from F1 to H1B

Hi,

My name is Anukul Raj, and I entered on an F1 Visa in 2015. My visa status changed from Fi to HI-B in October 2020.
Since I have already been in the Country for Five Calendar Years in 2019, shall I fill my taxes using form 1040 for the whole year?

Or, shall I fill form 1040-NR as my status changed in 2020, and it's only been about 90 days from the status change date to the end of the year.

I appreciate all the help. Please advise.

You are considered as a resident for five years from 2015-2019.  Starting from January 1, 2020, if you stayed more than 183 days in the US, you are a resident for tax purposes even you were still on F-visa.  You will file a Form 1040.
