So, my college told me I wouldn't be getting a 1098-T so I put in as such and that I didn't qualify for it. One came in the mail today. How do I go back and put it in?

If you already filed your tax return and it was accepted, you will have to wait a few weeks and then amend your tax return.

When you tell TT that you don't have a 1098-T, it asks if you qualify for an exception. You do (almost everybody does). Not having a 1098-T should not disqualify you fro a tuition credit. You enter the numbers based on your own records.
