No, taxable scholarship income isn't considered earned income for the purpose of FICA and is only subject to income tax.

Thank you for the clarification. 

 

In that case, if I received additional scholarships that are not listed on my 1098T where/how do I go about declaring them on my 1040?

After you enter your 1098-T, proceed with the Education interview. You will reach a screen where you can enter scholarships that you've received in addition to whatever is included in the 1098-T.
