It depends.
If I am reading your question correctly, you filed your taxes in 2018. You are a full time student who was not claimed as a dependent on anyone else's return, and you made under $75,000.
As long as you filed your return in 2018 even though you did not receive a refund, you would still be entitled to the stimulus payment of $1,200.
