I did my bachelors degree in India in 2003 before immigrating to USA. Now I am doing my Masters program here. Am I eligible for AOTC? I never claimed this credit before.

No, you are not eligible for the American Opportunity Credit because you have completed a bachelor's degree. It doesn't matter where or when you completed it. The American Opportunity Credit is only for undergraduate study, not for graduate school. But you might be eligible for the Lifetime Learning Credit or the Tuition and Fees Deduction. Just answer the questions in TurboTax and it will determine what education benefit you are eligible for.
