Do parent PLUS loans count as what I pay toward tuition even though it was paid for by the person I depend on? FYI, I am independent this year. I have my own loans.

Yes, parent PLUS loans count as what you paid toward your tuition for the year. When entering information into TurboTax, you should include the amount paid to the school from ALL sources, including scholarships, loans, gifts, or your own funds.
