Due to a mistake in initial enrollment, had to sign up for last class available.  It was accelerated online. Could not keep up. Never finished.

Still deductible; No impact for incomplete, as long as you paid tuition.  For tax purposes, pass/fail/did not finish don't matter, but tuition you paid does ...
