On my 1098-T form in box #5 it states that I got $3,554.25 in scholarships or grants but I did not receive any of that money in that year. What should I do?

I would contact your school's registrar or finance office. They issue that form to both the IRS and you, so they need to correct that form and submit a copy to the IRS as well. 

Then you would enter the "corrected" Form 1098-T into TurboTax.
