Hi I went to CDL school using my GI bill. I did not get a 1098T. I did need the CDL for my job. Would I get a credit for this? If yes where would it go on amended return?

No, since you used your G.I. Bill, and the G.I. Bill is tax free, you can not use those expenses towards a credit.
