Need help with filing 2014 1098-T Tax form. I don't know how to file it I have the form with me.

That should have been included on a 2014 tax return.  You are too late.  You cannot get a tax refund for a 2014 tax return, even if you amend it.

Oh! How about 2017 1098-T form? I need help with that one as well.

That should have been on a 2017 tax return.  Did you file a 2017 return?  Were you claimed as anyone else's dependent for 2017?

I didn’t file 2017 taxes and I was not claimed as any dependent. I moved to the States in 2017

Did you have any income in the U.S. in 2017?  What is your status--non-resident alien, or something else?
