Yes.  You can claim the amounts you paid for tuition (and books) when the student withdraws from classes if the tuition amounts were not refunded to you.

Yes.  You can claim the amounts you paid for tuition (and books) when the student withdraws from classes if the tuition amounts were not refunded to you.
