No you cannot. The only educational credits are for college level education. There are no credits for K-12 (or preschool) education. However, preschool daycare might qualify for the child care credit if the child care was necessary for you (and your spouse if marred) to work.
For federal tax purposes, only college level courses are eligible for education credits.
Only a few states may have a tuition deduction for private schooling. If so, you will be asked during the state interview. Those states include:
Withdrawals from a Coverdell ESA can be used for k-12 education. Do NOT confuse these with 529 plans, they have many more limitations than 529 plans. Essentially, you can make non-deductible contributions to a Coverdell and use the withdrawals and earnings for qualified k-12 education expenses federal tax free.
