My son already has a 4 year degree and is now going to pharmacy school. Can he take the Lifetime Learning credit? He went to school for less then a half of a year?

Yes, your son may qualify to take the Lifetime Learning (LLC) if he meets all the requirements discussed in the TurboTax FAQ below.

There is no workload requirement for the Lifetime Learning Credit so the fact that he went to school for less than half of year does not disqualify him from taking the LLC.  Also, you can take the LLC for an unlimited number of years, so the fact that he already has a 4-year degree does not disqualify him from the LLC either.
