No. The person claiming you as a dependent enters the 1098-T form. Be sure to select that someone else can claim you as a dependent.

No. YOu will NOT report any education expenses at all. On top of that, if you are filing a tax return, you must indicate that "I can be claimed on someone else's tax return" when entering your information in the Personal Info tab.
