My daughter received a 1098T but she is a high school student and the high school paid for the class she is taking as a duel enrollment student.
I shoulf not be able to claim any tax benefits and she should not have to pay any taxes on this amount

You are not required to file form 1098-T. If you didn't pay any expenses, then there would be no reason to file this form.
