My daughter finished her undergraduate in 2 years. Can I count the next 2 years, graduate school, under the american opportunity credit deduction? It is her first 4 years

Graduate school, it seems, would qualify under the  undergraduate or "education credential".  It is an educational credential, and she would only have 4 years of using the american opportunity credit deduction.

No. The AOC is only for undergraduate school but she would be eligible for the Lifetime Learning Credit.
