My 1098-T says in Boxes 1 & 5 I got 6,610 It is tuition remission from my university Do I enter it as Other Scholarship/GrantsFellowship or Employer-Provided Assistance?

If the amount you are referring to is on the 1098-T Box 5, you enter the 1098-T into the TurboTax software and you do not report it a second time. 

It is NOT employer assistance. Employer assistance is limited to $5,250, tuition waivers are not. 

If it was not listed on your 1098-T, enter it as a scholarship.
